Corrosion resistance testing
Salt spray testing assesses corrosion on samples exposed to a salt fog environment, providing a basis for evaluating surface treatment and protective performance.

The research equipment listed in our company presentation includes pH and ion meters, an IR oil analyser, a rapid water quality tester, a temperature/humidity chamber and a cyclic corrosion chamber, supporting discussion of bath analysis, cleaning assessment and corrosion trials.
Our laboratory evaluates corrosion resistance, coating adhesion and rust-preventive performance to support product selection, process optimisation and application trials.
Salt spray testing assesses corrosion on samples exposed to a salt fog environment, providing a basis for evaluating surface treatment and protective performance.
Cross-cut testing evaluates coating adhesion, while impact and bend tests assess coating integrity and adhesion following impact or deformation.
Iron chip testing evaluates rust-preventive performance on ferrous material, complemented by damp heat testing to assess protection in warm, humid conditions.
