For product selection, please share

  • Wax type, component geometry and ultrasonic conditions
  • Current process and downstream requirements
  • Usage, destination country and sample objectives

Include component photos, treatment goals and acceptance criteria. Our technical team will review materials, equipment and downstream operations to define candidate products and a trial plan.

Test results apply only to the submitted samples and listed test scope. China RoHS six-substance reports are not EU RoHS ten-substance declarations. Reports without a model number are not automatically assigned to any model on this page.

Selection questions

Do wax and oil removal need the same conditions?

Not necessarily. Review wax type, residue location and substrate before assessing equipment and rinsing. Validate stainless steel and Al/Zn alloys separately.

How should wax removal from recesses be assessed?

Use representative components, inspect recesses and blind holes, record cleaning and rinsing conditions, and assess against downstream coating or assembly requirements rather than surface shine alone.

What should I provide for sample evaluation?

Share alloy grade, contamination, equipment, available temperature, downstream requirements and component photos, together with finish and acceptance criteria.

Can website trial parameters be used directly in production?

Website conditions support initial selection. Obtain model-specific TDS and SDS and validate actual components, equipment, water quality and downstream requirements before production. Do not interchange model parameters.
