Values are trial references; RT means ambient temperature. Confirm TDS, SDS and component trials before production. English packaging is a website illustration.
Selection / quote / sample ↗Selection questions
Do wax and oil removal need the same conditions?
Not necessarily. Review wax type, residue location and substrate before assessing equipment and rinsing. Validate stainless steel and Al/Zn alloys separately.
How should wax removal from recesses be assessed?
Use representative components, inspect recesses and blind holes, record cleaning and rinsing conditions, and assess against downstream coating or assembly requirements rather than surface shine alone.
What should I provide for sample evaluation?
Share alloy grade, contamination, equipment, available temperature, downstream requirements and component photos, together with finish and acceptance criteria.
Can website trial parameters be used directly in production?
Website conditions support initial selection. Obtain model-specific TDS and SDS and validate actual components, equipment, water quality and downstream requirements before production. Do not interchange model parameters.
