What affects protection duration?
Humidity, water quality, drying, packaging and storage all affect results. Validate the target duration under actual conditions.
Does water-based rust prevention guarantee a fixed duration?
A duration cannot be assumed independently of conditions. Define target duration, humidity, transport, packaging and residue requirements, then validate the actual substrate and process. Do not transfer salt-spray results between models.
What should I provide for sample evaluation?
Share alloy grade, contamination, equipment, available temperature, downstream requirements and component photos, together with finish and acceptance criteria.
Can website trial parameters be used directly in production?
Website conditions support initial selection. Obtain model-specific TDS and SDS and validate actual components, equipment, water quality and downstream requirements before production. Do not interchange model parameters.
